Workspace short codes are randomly generated and are used as prefixes in certain areas of the system such as Oauth Client IDs and SFTP user accounts where names must be unique across all Chain.io workspaces. While you do not need to take any specific action related to your short code, you can view it in the Workspace Settings under Workspace Setup.
