Once you have data moving through Flows, you'll need to be able to find individual Flow Executions to diagnose problems or review past transactions.
From within any integration, you can click the Search link in the navigation bar to reach the Flow Execution Search screen.
From the search screen you can filter by date ranges, individual flow names, the final statuses of the flow, or by data tags. Data tags allow you to search for a particular business transaction like a bill of lading number and find all flow executions related to that transaction.
Once you've set your search parameters, click update to refresh the search results. The first 200 results will be returned. You can use the more button to load additional pages.
Additional Search Features
Bulk Resubmit
If you have Editor or Owner permissions, you can use the checkboxes next to each row and the Resubmit selected button in the search area to bulk resubmit multiple flows causing them all to be reprocssed. This is helpful if you have a large number of flows that need to be reprocessed due to a system outage or configuration change.
CSV Download
You can always download your search results as a CSV file which can be helpful if you need to move them into a spreadsheet for further analysis.
